Book a day of out-of-this-world fun for your students at Wichita’s best waterpark – Blast Off Bay!


Blast Off Bay has fun for kids of all ages, with 300-ft waterslides, a Supernova Surf Machine, the Zero-G lazy river, and more! We ensure a safe and secure environment for your group with certified lifeguards on duty at all times.


Blast Off Bay is conveniently located just east of Wichita with easy access from U.S. 54.

    • $15 per student – Waterpark Entry
    • $20 per student – Waterpark + Food
    • $20 per student – Waterpark + $5 Arcade Card (no food)

    • $10 per student – Waterpark Entry

Food Package

Blast Off Bay’s food package includes:

  • Sun Butter & Jelly Sandwich (peanut-free)
  • Goldfish

Chaperones & Adults

  • Complimentary entry for teachers and bus drivers.
  • $10 per additional adult or sibling.

Refund Policy

  • 72+ hours notice – Full refund.
  • Less than 72 hours – 50% refund.
  • No-show/no-call – No refund.
  • Exceptions for inclement weather with management discretion.

Reservation Details

  • 25-student minimum to book.
  • Reservations are due 2 weeks prior.
  • Full payment for reservation is due 1 week before trip.
  • Final headcount changes required 72 hours before.
  • Group billed for reservation count. Lifeguard staffing is based on number.
  • Tax-exempt form must be emailed in advance.

Your field trip day at Blast Off Bay begins with a welcome aboard the bus with fun space-themed facts. Students will then rotate through activities at Blast Off Bay, including the Supernova Surf Machine, which allows up to 10 kids at a time.

Before You Come To Blast Off Bay

  • Students should wear swimwear & water shoes. Changing rooms are available.
  • No shirts are allowed on body slides.
  • No jewelry is allowed on surf machine.
  • Towels are provided.
  • No outside food or drink allowed.
  • Accommodations are available for special needs students.
